Who processes your data?
CG Event's (contact details above) is the controller of your personal data.
Which data and why?
When you contact us via the form, by email or by phone, we receive the information you give us: name, company, email, phone, number of participants, preferred date and a description of your project. It is used only to answer your request, prepare a quote and follow up on our collaboration.
Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
Who has access?
Your data is never sold or passed on. Only CG Event's has access to it, along with our technical providers (website hosting and email), strictly as needed.
How long?
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and, if no business follows, for no more than 3 years after our last contact. Accounting records are kept for the period required by law.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restrict or object to its processing, request its portability or withdraw your consent by writing to info@cgevents.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
Cookies
This website uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tools. Only technical cookies needed for it to work (for example to remember your language) may be set. Fonts are loaded from Google's servers (Google Fonts), which means your IP address is sent to Google.
